Insurance

I accept Health Net of California Medi-Cal, Medicare, and Concern EAP.

Self Pay/Out of Network

If you do not have one of the above-listed insurance providers, services are also available on a self-pay basis. The necessary documentation for submitting an Out of Network claim to your insurance company can be provided.

Payments

Payments for sessions and co-pays can be made by credit/debit card. A credit/debit card is required upon scheduling your first appointment and will remain on file.
